Nan Kennelly possesses a wealth of knowledge about the intersecting world of speech pathology and brain injury which makes her an incredible asset to survivors, other professionals, and the community as a whole. Recently, all of Onword Therapy’s staff became Certified Brain Injury Specialists (CBIS) and Nan herself became one of the few CBIS Trainers in the state. We at the North Dakota Brain Injury Network (NDBIN) rely on Nan to help out with planning the state Mind Matters Conference, volunteering her time to provide training to others, and serving as Chair of the North Dakota Brain Advisory Council. All of the staff at Onword Therapy are professional, well-educated, and dedicated to serving their clients to the best capacity possible, making Onword Therapy one of our first referrals when a client is seeking speech-language services following a brain injury.
